Working With Your Insurance Company

We are not an in-network provider for any insurance company. However, depending on your insurance carrier and plan, out-of-network reimbursement for sessions may be available. Your insurance plan may cover part or all of the cost, based on the specific terms of your coverage.

To determine your benefits, please contact your insurance carrier directly by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your insurance card. The following questions will help you understand whether your insurance plan will reimburse you for any of your expenses:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • What is my annual deductible, and has it been met?

  • When does my coverage period begin and end?

Additionally, services may be eligible for tax-free reimbursement through your employer-sponsored flexible spending account (FSA, MSA, or FLEX plan).
